Fraud Prevention Notice

At ClockingOut, we take fraud seriously. Any orders placed with suspicious activity, mismatched billing and shipping information, or other signs of fraud will be canceled and refunded immediately. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from our store, and we reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

Refund & Returns Policy

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for defective or damaged products only, within 7 days of delivery.

• To request a return, please contact us via the contact section on our site with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

✅ Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Orders flagged as suspicious or high risk by Shopify’s fraud analysis will be canceled and refunded immediately to protect both our business and legitimate customers.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer we suspect is engaging in fraudulent behavior.

• Our store uses Shopify’s built-in fraud detection tools, which automatically analyze orders for common fraud indicators.

🛑 Manual Review of High-Risk Orders:

• Orders flagged as high risk are manually reviewed and may be canceled if details do not match or appear suspicious.

📦 Shipping Verification:

• We only ship to verified addresses. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be canceled or delayed while we verify.

🔒 IP Address & Account Monitoring:

• Suspicious accounts, repeated failed payment attempts, or unusual IP address activity will be flagged and potentially blocked.

💬 Direct Communication:

• For any orders that seem suspicious, we’ll reach out to verify the order before shipping.
